ABT Capital Ltd (ABT) was formed in early 2016 to provide corporate finance and transaction support to HNW individuals, family offices, investor clubs and small / mid market focussed investment funds. We are selective in the mandates we accept as we adopt a long term, sustainable business model that prioritises the promotion of successful transactions over short term fee income. Wherever possible we seek to align our interests with those of our clients and adopt flexible fee structures enabling equity positions to be accepted in lieu of cash fees.
We focus on the sectors we know best as this is where we are strongest. We have a highly experienced team of senior professionals from a variety of industry sectors and these are where we concentrate most heavily. Our core sectors are:

We provide a full suite of corporate finance advisory services covering:
We also provide a variety of Transaction Support services designed to provide targeted, flexible assistance to clients on an ad hoc basis. We have found that clients can often benefit by seeking professional support to either relieve the pressure on key internal personnel or enable the roles and responsibilities of an M&A team to be effectively outsourced (whilst retaining oversight). We can provide specifically skilled resources to meet client requirements.
Transaction support assignments can be very specific and relate only to the provision of particular services such as financial due diligence or pricing and underwriting assistance for example or can be very broad and extensive providing a complete ‘Deal management service’ (in which we take a ‘project management’ role and work alongside clients to execute transactions participating in all aspects of the deal cycle from origination to completion).
